I have also had my account closed for foodonthego. I love shop'n'scan and they are always so nice and helpful, but foodonthego are pathetic. I have been a member for about 5 years and when I first started using the app I noticed the payments were a fraction of what they were. I asked and they totally denied this, and also claimed the weren't getting some of my entries and that my phone wasn't good enough, and to go back to using texts. All fair enough, but then out of the blue they stopped paying me, and when I asked why they closed my account, losing my money. So whatever you get paid, get it claimed straight away.

well at least they got back to you. when they started messing my account up i emailed them and they never got back to me.

I havent scanned anything/or texted anything for a few weeks and i'm waiting for them to close my account.

If they wont answer my emails then i'm not going to continue.

i did a stupid thing my account got closed and i didnt claim my vouchers unti a day after deadline now theyre saying i cant claim them, i had £62 to cash out.
do i have any legel rights in regard to chasing this up?

I would say no you have no rights legal or otherwise as you are {as far as I know} given a time period to claim anything owing if after that period you have not claimed there is nothing you can do. IMO it is something like the Lotto winners have 6 months after that no chance. Sorry

A good reason never to build up a big credit on any website.

I got my account closed by shopandscan due to ongoing (and stressful) house renovations and now they won't let me have my £90 worth of vouchers

Did anyone else have this issue and did they get anywhere with getting their vouchers back?

I was told by customer services that the 8 weeks was sufficient time to claim the points, which I do understand, but they never confirmed receipt of the clicker so surely they should have done that by email like they chased it in the first place. I'm so upset ;(
