How much will I have left after I move?

Outstanding mortgage balance = £124,000
New House Purchase = £172,500
Selling my house for = £152,500
New mortgage for new house = £150,000
Solicitor fee's = £450
Other fee's = £2500
Mortgage port fee = £250
Other random stuff = £200

I think that leaves me with £2,600 when all the dust settles, does that sound correct?

Maths seems correct. Is 'other fees' the stamp duty? I dont see provision for EA fees (unless you've dodged those). Mortgage arrangement/survey fees? Searches. Solicitor fee covers selling AND buying? (seems very cheap well done). Removalists?

I've already payed searches and some other bits and bobs so the sums only include things that still need sorting. The £2500 covers my stampt duty on the sale of my current property. Moving everything ourselves, save a load there!
