Spurious FlexDirect o/d charges

On all of my FlexDirect accounts, I see a 50p "Monthly Unarranged o/d Usage Fee 31 Feb" on the statements dated 3rd of March.
I have never been overdrawn, and clearly this must be a mistake anyway since a 31st Feb doesn't exist.
Has this happened to anyone else?
EDIT: called them, they acknowledge it is a mistake for which they apologise but they don't as yet know how it happened. I am promised a correction and a bit of extra money to cover my phone calls & time.

Make sure they pay you credit interest for 29-31 February too!0 -
It's good that you check your statements Arch Bald, otherwise this transaction could have been missed.0

I wouldn't have noticed if they hadn't sent me a paper statement, which they apparently do for annual statements even if you are normally on paperless. I was just about to shred the statements and annual summary when I noticed there was an extra page with each of the statements, listing just the charge.
The only thing I usually look at are the transactions. Since the 50p charge won't get subtracted from my balance for another 4 weeks, I would only have noticed then. The charge might then have made me really overdrawn since all my FlexDirects are now over 12 months old and dormant (waiting for suitable switching offer).
Definitely worth checking whether you have a page 2 on your March FlexDirect statement.0 -

Well I actually used my overdraft, which I put into an account paying more than 1%
Didn't get any charges. Will report again after the account has been switched0
