thanks for all your advice and support, been to the meeting today, only to be told that due to mitigating circumstances there is no case to be heard and im to go back to work in the morning.... i did see one of the girls out of our department and looked at her only for her to totally blank me... so its going to be lovely tomorrow isnt it!!!!

just read your posts, keep your nose clean and don't worry if they don't talk to you, they won't all bel ike that and over time it will change.

things have been a little easier today, didnt feel as oppressive, and two of them did speak in a matter of fact way... i accessed our care team and had a good chat so feel a little more positive today...
