OVO Energy
I have been trying to sign up for electricity with OVO Energy. However, their customer service is dire. I first contacted them, or tried to on 24th Feb, by phone and email. To date I have not received a reply to my email and have despite talking to them several times and with promises of them returning my call....nothing. They will not let you speak to anyone in charge of customer service to escalate the complaint...I only want electricity, but I wonder if they are reliable enough to supply it !!

We were with OVO for a while and whilst it was my brother who dealt with them over the phone, it was me who dealt with the money side of things. They took absolutely ages (and I mean months) to give us the money we credited to our account once we left them.
And they continued taking money out of the bank even though we had requested that they stop as we were now with a new company (yes, I know I should have cancelled the dd anyway, but I didn't think they would just carry on taking the money).Pink Sproglettes born 2008 and 2010
