Error 530 access denied

I am getting this annoying error when I try signing into my account with Google Chrome. It is the correct user name and password. When I try IE the page juts hangs after keying in my details.
Login Failed
Check your username or password and try again. 530 Access denied.
I try from my ipad and I get in no problem.
What is going wrong ?

Don't know the answer for IE, but you could perhaps try a different browser like Firefox.

You could also add a few extensions like NoScript, WOT, Flagfox, Ghostery, etc. for safer running. You can toggle NoScript off for a website if you really HAVE to access it.You can lose a loose goose.
