Early final bill from npower
Hi,
On the 26th of February OVO took over my supply from npower.
I gave meter readings to ovo and I was told that they would then within a few weeks provide readings to npower for a final bill.
Now npower have raised a new bill on the 4th of March with estimated readings for the 25th of February.
Has anyone had the same problem with them?
Ovo tell me they should have waited for the readings rather than issue a bill.

If only it were that easy!
It took about a dozen calls, emails etc to nPower to get them to do that. They had to wait for a D300 flow from the new supplier which took over 7 months to get and process when I left nPower. An absolute shocker of a company.Thinking critically since 1996....0 -
