Scottish Power not refunding money they owe
Hi all,
I've switched from Scottish power to EDF back in October. Although my electricity account has been stopped, Scottish power keeps on charging me every month for gas when by their own admission they are not providing it anymore. Furthermore, they owe me about 300 pound. I have called and emailed them numerous times, and although they always admit that they are in the wrong, they only ever say it will be fixed in the coming week but nothing ever happens! I'm at a loss as to what to do now, this has been going on for 5 months! help please!
