Children's saving accounts

It does not seem to me to be right that while acknowledging that
BG are prepared to facilitate the Trustees' holding on to assets against the wishes of the beneficial owner. The child does have a legal right to the funds when they turn 18,
It would seem that Aberdeen are not prepared to countenance such an arrangement and SIT, while asking for a letter from the Trustees to transfer the bare Trust assets, point out that the Trustees are "legally obliged" to comply with the beneficiary's wishes.0
