Holiday Prize

For weeks 1 and 2 as set out above, every valid entry into the Prize Draw will receive the chance to win one of 2 holidays for 4 to Florida (“Holiday Prize”). There will be four (4) Holiday Prizes awarded in total. Each winner of the holiday prize (“Holiday Winner”) will receive a seven (7) day, six (6) night trip for the winner and up to three (3) guests to Universal Orlando® Resort in Orlando, Florida including the following:

• round trip economy class air transportation (“Flights”) (provided by Monarch Airlines) from Leeds Bradford Airport to Orlando, FL (Flights depart from Leeds Bradford airport on Saturday 5th April and return on Friday 12th April 2014);
• six (6) nights standard hotel accommodation (one room, 4 x occupancy, room and tax only) at Universal’s Cabana Bay Beach Resort (or at another on-site hotel as determined by Universal in their sole discretion);
• up to £200 towards travel (contributed by Morrisons) to and from the winner’s home to Leeds Bradford Airport ground transportation to and from airport and hotel in Orlando, FL;
• Complimentary 3 Park Unlimited Passes per person to be used throughout the holiday, for admission to Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure theme parks and Wet ‘n Wild water park
• Complimentary passes for up to four (4) people to attend one (1) performance at Blue Man Group (exact time and date to be determined by Universal in its sole discretion);
• Private breakfast at the Three Broomsticks for up to four (4) people;
• CityWalk Party Passes for up to four (4) people;
• Universal Express Passes for up to four (4) people; and
• £2,000 spending money (a cheque made payable to the winner).

1. Please note the following:
   
   • Each winner of the Holiday Prize under the Prize Draw must be confirmed by 17:00 on Wednesday 26th March 2014. No claims will be processed after this deadline.
   • If a Holiday Winner elects to take fewer than three (3) guests or no guest, the Holiday Prize will be awarded to Holiday Winner and each participating guest and any remainder of the Holiday Prize will be forfeited and shall not be subject to further or alternative compensation.
   • All elements of the Holiday Prize must be redeemed at the same time, and no changes will be permitted after confirmation of any redemption.
   • If the Holiday Winner is between the ages of eighteen (18) and twenty-one (21), he/she must be accompanied by an adult of at least twenty-one (21) years of age in order to check into the on-site hotel.
   • Holiday Winner and their guests must be available to travel on April 5, 2014 and return on April 12, 2014, or the Holiday Prize will be forfeited. The time of the Flight shall be notified to the Holiday Winner by Morrisons. Morrisons reserves the right to change specific travel dates and arrangements subject to air travel, holiday, blackout dates, and other prize and travel restrictions. In the event of a change to the above dates, Morrisons will, where possible, provide advance notice of the change.
   • Flights are subject to all Monarch Airlines Flight Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Carriage which can be found at www.monarch.co.uk and the acceptance of the flights constitutes deemed acceptance of such. All Holiday Winners and their guests agree to fully comply with Monarch Airline’s Flight Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Carriage and accept that they will be liable to Monarch for any and all loss or damage which may arise as a result of any breach of those terms.
   • Everyone in the Holiday Winner’s party must each have full passports valid for at least 6 months from the date of the return leg of travel.
   • Everyone in the Holiday Winner’s party are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and visas.
   • Everyone in the Holiday Winner’s party shall ensure that, prior to any travel to the USA, they complete the online “Travel Authorization” (ESTA) required by US Customs & Border Protection (please note that it is recommended that applications be submitted at least 72 hours prior to travel)
   • The Holiday Prize consists only of the elements expressly set out above. The Holiday Winner is responsible for any additional expenses incurred (including, without limitation, insurance, meals, any other travel (other than that specified above), phone calls, gratuities, incidentals, souvenirs, petrol, etc.) and all such expenses are the sole responsibility of Holiday Winner.
   • Once issued, tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued once travel has commenced. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted. Minor traveling companions, if any, must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Travel arrangements must be made through Morrisons’ agent, (as specified by them from time to time) at least 7 days prior to the date of travel.
   • The Holiday Winner must inform Morrisons of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the Holiday Winner and/or their guest(s) at least 48 hours prior to the date of travel.
2. For weeks 3 and 4, 50 winners will be selected to win £100 worth of Morrisons gift vouchers. These will be sent within 30 days of winner claiming prize.
3. There will also be an additional 70 winners each week for weeks 1 and 2 and 35 winners each week for weeks 3 and 4, who will win 4 tickets to the Ant & Dec’s Takeaway Tour taking place in August and September 2014. These winners will also be contacted by email or telephone using the details submitted. All tickets will need to be claimed by 30th June 2014.
4. Prize winners may be asked to take part in promotional activity. By entering the Prize Draw you consent to Morrisons using your name and any photographs and audio or visual recordings of you for publicity purposes.
