Affairs at home when moved abroad...

Hi, I'm moving to Ireland (intending it to be permanent) so just starting to think about how to handle all the affairs in the UK! I'll be selling my house so was thinking of changing addresses of stuff to my parent's place.

Anyone know off-hand whether I can keep these things open whilst living and working permanently abroad?

1) Normal current account.
2) Normal savings account.
3) A credit card.
4) A cash ISA account.
5) A shares ISA account containing some different funds.
6) Premium Bonds.

In my case all of these apart from the credit card and one BS account have registered the Spanish address, so for those that won't you'll need a UK address. We have kept our house in the UK so we used that address, but if you have to change it, do it BEFORE you go abroad.

Thanks! I will phone around all my various banks and cards and let them know, as soon as I have a Spanish address to move to. Using a UK address isn't a problem for me either.

Incidentally does anyone know any good websites for normal spanish houses or flats for sale and for rent as close to Barcelona as possible. So far looking on the internet has been a nightmare. I don't want to retire, I don't want to play golf, I don't want to renovate a barn in the hills. All I want is a place to live so I can go to work, damnit!
