    Afternoon all,

Another pretty lovely day here, bit windy mind and it's starting to feel a little chillier now.

Got washing line dried again, which I love.

Done the usual chores and banking stuff. Went and picked up a kindle fire that I bought secondhand from a local facebook site. The lady was brilliant at showing me how it worked etc so I have spent the last couple of hours just playing with it and reading the book I downloaded.

Quieter day at work today & no manic runaround after work either today.
There is a rumour that our admin team is to be reduced yet again, at present we all have time to go to the toilet during the day, with further reductions I can't see us still being able to. We've lost 3 staff in the last 2 years who haven't been replaced, it's getting beyond a joke.
    Have a good evening everyone.
    Hugs Hester

    Afternoon all

Lovely bright and sunny day down here in Kent. Cleaned our touring caravan inside and out and re packed it after the winter, hope to go away in a week or two.

Came first in quiz last night, tube of smarties was the prize and six raffle prizes for our table, we do buy about £20 worth of tickets. One I won will be redonated next month

First night of three dinners out tonight, my contribution focaccia and a onion and balsamic loaf, house smells lovely.

Have a good evening all, hugs to all that need them.

    Evening to Everyone :hello:

Busy day here today, food shopping this morning, just need to go to the butchers tomorrow and get some meat. Paperwork almost done, just a little to finish off tomorrow.
Straightened the kitchen out this afternoon, but the house is ready for it's clean all through this week - hoping to at least get half done tomorrow afternoon.

Tonight's tea is chicken Kiev's with chips and peas - was meant to be chicken fillets with veg and mash but forgot to get the fillets out on time so quickly re-jigged round and then OH requested chips not veg with it when I rang to ask what time he will be back for tea :D

mrsmortonharket - don't hide, get yourself down to the DR's! Either take someone with you like judi said for support, or make yourself notes on a piece of paper what you want to say. Sending strength & happy thoughts!

Well the log burner is nicely roaring away so it's very cosy in our living room right now.
Can't believe it is Friday again already tomorrow, time flies!!

    Happy Thursday :j
Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:

Thanks for your support. I popped into the doctors but the receptionist was scary so I just did a repeat script for my current dosage.

I've just had parents evening for my dd. She's in year 9. It was FANTASTIC. She is doing so well. All her teachers love her & wish all he pupils were like her. She's moving up sets for English & German. She has already moved up sets for maths. I'm very proud of her. We've had a rough time with her. She went through a very horrible phase. Suspect it was hormone related as as soon as she started her periods, she's settled down.

Anyway, I'd better try & get a bit of housework done after my lazy day.

    Love, hugs & spoons x

Please don't be scared. Ring up and make an appointment to see your doctor. They get paid to look after you.

    Evening all,

I've been missing for a few days, Mrsmortonharket, the black dog is here as well, I wish he'd just s@d off but finding it hard at the mo.
I'm not sleeping more than an hour at a time in the night, constantly waking and looking at the clock, I don't think there is anywhere as lonely as the middle of the night when your thoughts are so much darker. (Now you can see why I've not been posting:( )
On a brighter note my dh has bought me a little stepper which I'm doing twice a day along with my other exercises, I'm determined to get out walking as soon as possible. The fresh air really lifts my spirits.
Anyway will try and begin posting daily again soon, hope your all well
    Have a good evening J x
