Car seat cover

I have leather seats in my new car and my grand childs car seat is digging into and marking the leather. Can anyone suggest some sort of cover for the back seat which will fasten on and not slip?
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Have a look in a hardware shop (Wilkinsons stock it round here) for some non-slip matting. It comes in a length, is cheap as chips, and can be easily cut to size. It's very grippy (we used to use it to line the shelves on the boat to stop everything sliding about) and shouldn't mark the leather, but it's tough enough not to be damaged by a car seat.
Here's one, £4 for a 1ft x 5ft length. Other colours available.
