cel court papers ......need help please

Hi folks, I recieved court papers from CEL today and they appear genuine for an alleged infringment on 22/10/12..........................so i need some help to fill in the forms correctly in order to mount a defence. Am obviously going to phone the court to find out if theyre genuine first. Then i thought i'd contact the…

Lauram it really is easier for you to be patient and wait for others to post to your own thread. We cannot give advice to more than one person in one thread. It gets confusing.

My only advice would be to delete your post here and wait a little longer on own thread.

And no you are not correct in all your points. I will copy and paste your post here onto your own thread and answer them there. But please be aware we are trying to help despite the fact that you find us short and to the point.
