FREE Bus Pass if You have Mental Health

Hi i would just like to ask about the NCT002 forum that a Psychologist can fill it in for you to get a free bus pass on the forum it says for a Psychologist to tick six boxes to meet ALL the criteria on the forum but on the last box it says this
(iv) their condition means that they need to travel in order to keep health or social care appointments or
participate in activities as part of a treatment, care or rehabilitation programme)
then under it it says this
Persons who cannot demonstrate that they need to travel as described above will not be eligible under this
category even if they are covered by the defi
nition of the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act 2003
what does this last part mean i don't understand it. If anyone who understands this could help that would be great thanks

If you visit your Psycologist you meet criteria (iv) based on needing to travel to keep a healthcare app't, if he comes to your home you don't.Forums can be/are a good guide to entitlement and it is good practice to back it up with clarification from the relevant department/specialist with written confirmation to safeguard yourself.0

you can also get a free concessionary travel card ( travel on buses trams and trains within a certain area ) for free if you would be refused a driving licence due to your mental health conditions and medications0
