Hi,
I had a credit Card with Vanquis they say that they do not offer PPI so therefore I cannot make a claim.
They call it a repayment Option plan and they say it shows on my statement but I had the card in early 2005.
What's the best course of action??

Vanquis is correct to say this is not PPI .... ROP is not insurance, which means it is not regulated by the Financial Services Authority so you cannot complain to the ombudsman about the product.
