"Win 1 of 10 New Deli Tours" Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The Free Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
2. No purchase necessary. Entry must be made using an official entry form available electronically at www.hellmanns.co.uk/win.php.
3. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will be accepted. No entries not in accordance with the entry instructions will be accepted.
4. Closing date for receipt of entries midnight (<ACRONYM title="Greenwich Mean Time">GMT</ACRONYM>) 31st October 2007.
5. Promotion limited to one entry per person. No entrant may win more than one prize.
6. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Entries will become the property of the Promoter.
7. There are ten prizes to be won as part of this nationwide UK promotion.
8. Each prize consists of a trip for two adults to New York, USA and a New York Deli Walking Tour. The Winner's guest must be aged 18 or over at the time of departure. The trip includes return economy flights from London to New York, Airport/Hotel transfers, 3 nights including a Saturday in a 4* hotel in a twin or double room, comprehensive travel insurance and £200 spending money to be shared between the Winner and guest.
9. The New York Deli Tour is the Foods of New York City tour consisting of a 3-4 hour private walking tour of Greenwich Village with visits to the best cheese shop in New York, a French/American bread shop, an authentic 1950's style bakery, an Italian food shop and classic New York City delis. Winners are advised to wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing appropriate to New York weather conditions.
10. Winners and guests are responsible for making sure that they meet any visa and immigration requirements and for their transport to and from the London airports.
11. The first ten entries drawn at random by an independent judge from all entries received by the closing date will each win a prize. The decision of the judge is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any or all the prizes or any element of the prizes for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winners will be notified by email or post within 28 days of the closing date. The winners must claim their prize within 60 days of the notification. If any prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the Promotion rules.
13. All prizes must be taken by 31st October 2008. Any prizes not taken by this time will lapse. The prizes may not be taken during the Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays. It is the responsibility of the Winners to book the trips directly with the travel agency, whose contact details shall be communicated to the winners once they claim their prize.
14. The winners' details (name and county) will be made available on request to those enclosing a stamped SAE to PO Box 19, East Molesey, Surrey, KT8 9XP after 28th November 2007.
15. The Promotion winners may be required to participate in publicity arising from this Promotion.
16. By entering the Promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of the rules.
17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
