Parental Control Nexus 10

We have bought our daughter a Nexus 10 she is the only user.
All set up for her. Now wanting to apply parental controls. The only thing I seem to be able to find is setting up a brand new a/c then applying the controls.
Any help much appreciated

She shouldn't be the only user. Ideally you would have set it up for yourself, then added her as a user and applied the controls to her account - I think...0

That is what I am beginning to to think.
Without restoring factory settings can I now make myself the "owner" & then apply the parental controls0 -
Not sure - goto users, I think, under settings, see if you can change her name to yours, or else add a user, and make that one the boss. Factory resetting, then logging users in, might restore a lot of the apps and settings you had...0
