Has anyone on the forum invested in SEIS themselves ?

I've got a few VCT's that have been performing reasonably well and looking into SEIS as they seem similar and also offer great tax benefits.

Are all SEIS of the same risk level, or is there a difference (as there is with VCT's) ?

Any comments/experience would be appreciated.

Generally VCTs and EISs can be of around the same sort of risk level. SEISs are much newer and focus on even smaller companies, so it's potentially much higher risk than what most VCTs would go after. Be very careful before venturing into this sort of opportunity.

I have seen loads of these types of companies floating about online but Aegis is totally on the money about being careful before investing. Making sure you are putting your money into a sound business can be a difficult choice to make.
