Co Op energy can't log in

I have had trouble with Co Op energy can't log in,after trying to reset 3 times I rang,after an unusually long wait I was told they had an I.T problem and to try again in THREE DAYS!

I'm having the same problem too. There's a message on the website stating:

"We are currently experiencing issues with our account login page and are working with our technical team to find a resolution. Please bear with us as we hope to have this resolved within the next 24 hours. We apologise for the inconvenience caused."

Now more like two days. Tried to leave my reading but got through to somebody who told me they would pass it on and that I would get a call the next day to confirm it and to help with the login problem. I didn't get a call.

Now today both phone lines ring out for ages and I was eventually cut off.

Sent an email and got a bounce-back reply saying it could be up to 10 days before they get in touch.

I believe in what the Co-Op stand for but they appear to be undergoing a severe wobble at present. A company is judged by how it reacts to a crisis.
