The Tesco free pack is quite good, it has a wall planner and little stickers so you can keep track of how you're doing... not a smoker myself so dunno how much help that would be!

If you really want to stop, just try the Allen Carr book - easy way to stop smoking. I've tried loads of things, patches, gum, tablets, will power, hypnotherapy and none of them worked. After watching my Dad die, gasping for breath, from lung cancer Mum and I went outside and had a smoke - It was not a good feeling. But we were still smoking for a year after.
4 years ago I read the Allen Carr book - never looked back.
Mum read it 5 years ago - never looked back. The best things in life are NOT free - but they sure are cheaper with MSE!:j0 -

If you have a Boots Advantage Card, you can join their health club and one of the topics is "Stop Smoking". You get information packs and vouchers, and you also get a free eye test and 50% off some (there's a list of 50) products in store. Or if you're over 60, you get 10% discount on all Boots branded products for life rather than the free eye test.Murphy's No More Pies Club #209
