Tescos are offering a quit smoking envelope that contains booklets to help quit and money off vouchers for various 'stop smoking' stuff.

If you sign up to a NHS Support to Stop programme, either at your surgery or some pharmacies do it, you can get 2 or more weeks worth of nicotine replacement for £6.85 or free if you are exempt from paying prescription charges.
Plus you get counselling and tips to help you stop smoking. Much cheaper than paying around £15 for a 7 day supply of patches/gum.0 -
try https://www.smokefreeengland.co.uk they have some booklets plus if you need stickers for work etc. they have them free too. All you need do is fill in your details, they are free and you can get up to 30 of each item.0

Just been to ASDA. They, as well as Tesco's, have a 'quit smoking' bag.
Contains leaflets with money off vouchers, small notepad, and two mini 'taster' packs (They don't contain nicotine 'for tasting purposes only').
Also all the quit smoking aids are now VAT free. Eg; I used to pay £8.99 for 36 Niquiten Lozenges noticed in ASDA only £6 odd.
Good luck with quiting. If I can do it anyone can - I know it's hard - try and persevere. And if at first you don't succeed try again - took me a few attempts!:grouphug: A smile, a 'please' and a 'thank you' cost nothing0 -
This is an interesting website to help you stop smoking run by a Hypnotherapist called Max Kirsten. He has even helped Ewan McGregor stop smoking! See Ewan's testimonial video.
There are some free mp3 and ebook downloads available. The site is at:
