Problems with Scottish Power

Hi I am having on going problems with Scottish Power. I keep phoning up, wait nearly 1 hour to speak to an advisor. They keep saying my problem has been sent to high priority status and will dealt with soon. This has been going on since December after I had a faulty meter replaced. I'm still paying monthly direct debit.
Have no idea if I'm debit or credit. They say they cannot produce a bill even though I keep providing up to date meter readings.
After speaking on the phone today for nearly 1 hour, I was cut off.
Can anyone advise me on what to do next via my complaint.

Have you definitely registered a complaint ie. you have a complaint number?
If so, SP have 56 days from the date this complaint was registered to resolve the matter to your satisfaction, if they haven't done this you can then go to the energy ombudsman.
From now on write, don't call, it's just a waste of time and presumably money.0 -
Thanks for advice. I will e-mail them again asp. I have e-mailed before and keep will e-mail them until I'm satisfied with outcome.
