Student Loans
abdicates
I am a disabled woman and I have decided to retrain, I will be studying with the OU to acheive a degree which will allow me to get a job which works around my disabilities...
I have never applied for a student loan before but I was wondering if there was any restrictions on who could apply for a student loan, or if anyone who is able to study can apply for one and get it?
