Hi All
Im a newbie to the forum and wondering if anyone can help.
I had a letter from CCP telling me I was entitled to claim from them over charges on my credit card dating back years, I sent back the forms as requested and waited for it to go to a vote???
Any about a week ago I received a another letter now asking me to write a small description why I should be entitled to a claim, which apparently is normal, my mum even got one.
So my question is what should I write so that my calim goes through ok???
Has anyone already done this if so what did you write?
