My point was is that if you're after a quick sale, this might be the best way to do it whilst getting an idea about what the market price is for your property. That said, I've never sold a property before.
Geneva move is still being worked on... I've actually got some City interviews coming up in case I decide to bail out on the move. Thank god for that Maths degree...Errors of opinion may be tolerated where reason is left free to combat it. - Jefferson0 -
I don't know if it's just myth but our last EA told us July and August are 'slow months' as lots of people stop looking at houses while they go on holiday so maybe you should finish your house doctoring quickly to get a couple of weeks selling time before the schools break up.
Having said that, we sold our house on Christmas eve last year and I can't imagine a less likely date to sell!“A journey is best measured in friends, not in miles.”
