Graphite Insulating lining paper

Hi, I wonder if anyone has any experience of using this to line walls. One side of the house has walls which are extremely cold. This is mainly the hall and staircase walls and one bedroom wall. We were thinking of lining these walls with this lining paper. I just wondered if anyone had used it or had any tips before we start this as it will be quite a big job on the staircase walls.
