3. Icelolly.com will provide a holiday to the Misguided competition winner that consists of the following; return economy class flights from a relevant UK airport to Miami Beach, seven nights’ accommodation in a 4 star hotel on a Room Only basis.
4. Accommodation is based on 2 sharing a “twin or double” room. One of the guests must be over the age of 21.
5. Prizes exclude: Any departure/arrival taxes. This is to be paid by the winner. Ground transfers to and from the UK airport are not included. Excursions, attractions, treatments and car hire.Travel insurance, spending money and any other personal expenses.Visas and vaccination.
6. From the date of being awarded the prize, the featured holiday has a 12 month completion window, however the holiday must be booked within the first consecutive 6 months or the prize will be withdrawn.
7. The prize excludes Bank Holidays, Summer Peak Season, Christmas and New Years and half term school holidays. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visa for their trip.

   Apr 18th'14 - Good Friday & 21st Easter Monday Easter'14 circa 13.4.14 - 25.4.14 (incoporated within Easter school holidays)
   May 5th'14 - Early May Bank Holiday
   May 26th'14 - Spring Bank Holiday (usually incorporated within May half term circa 25.5.14 - 30.5.14)
   Aug 25th'14 - Summer Bank Holiday (usually incorporated within peak season/ main school summer holidays circa 15.7.14 - 5.9.14)
   October Half Term - circa 17.10.14 - 31.10.14
   Dec 25th & Dec 26th 2014 & 1st Jan'15 - (incorporated within peak season/Christmas school holidays)
9. Once the booking has been confirmed, any alteration to the booking will incur administrative charges, payable by the holiday prize winner.
10. All elements of the prize are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. The winner and their guest may be required to participate in publicity including being featured in icelolly.com social media and Missguided.co.uk social media and marketing channels.
12. Icelolly.com and Missguided Ltd will not accept responsibility for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the World Wide Web or in the post. Proof of postage is not acceptable as proof of receipt.
13. No cash alternative will be offered and the prize is non-negotiable, non extendable and non-transferable.
14. Only one entry valid per person. No purchase necessary.
15. Winner details may be passed on to sponsoring suppliers/partners only for the purpose of fulfilling prize.
16. The competition draw is not open to members or employees or their immediate family of Missguided, their subsidiaries, associated companies, agents or anyone connected with the competition draw.
17. The competition will open at 09.00 GMT Monday 03.03.14. Each entrant must fill out their personal details on the application.
18. Competition closes at 23:59 GMT Monday 31.03.14.
19. The winner will be selected and informed on Tuesday 01.04.14 and will have 96 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not come forward within this time frame another winner will be selected.
20. The prize is not transferable in the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of the competition, including the allocation of more prizes than are available.
21. Missguided’s decision is final and no correspondence or other communication will be entered into regarding the competition draw other than as specifically contemplated in these rules.
