Would anyone suggest it is better to have two combination boilers in one large house i.e. one for each floor if water pressure is good and then not need a mega flow at all?

The maximum you can get through a standard domestic U6 gas meter is about 64 kW. So that would be 2 x 32kW boilers, assuming no gas cooker and assuming the gas service to your home is adequate.

32kW is okay but not stellar hot water performance for filling a bath.
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.

anything over 70kw is commercial, so be prepared to pay accordingly, plus they still won't give you the performance of an unvented cylinder & therefore IMO is a waste of time & money
I'm only here while I wait for Corrie to start.

You get no BS from me & if I think you are wrong I WILL tell you.

Ok. Can you pls clarify what you meant when you said that the cylinder had this tapping?

I thought in recent years new yellow larger pipe was being installed into houses?

Does the cost of running a secondary valve amount to much in electrical usage?
