Owners Direct website - is it reliable?

I always book my holidays online to try and get the best deal and today, while looking for accommodation in the Neopolitan Riveria (Italy) found this website:
http://www.ownerdirect.com/
It's not one I've used before but it's got some fab properties on there. I'm a bit scared of using a website without checking out its reputation, so has anyone used it before - has it always been okay?
Thanks for any help

Is it Owners Direct or Owner Direct? I don't know the one you've linked to but I've used http://www.ownersdirect.co.uk/ and never had any problems. When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.0
