Could you drop £240 into Fidelity's "ISA Cash Park" then add a further amount next tax year?

My MSP is configured for the full 2013/14 allowance.

It's next April that my MSP will be £240 short of the full 2014/15 allowance. Yes, I could probably just add that to the ISA cash park, and if the amount is too small for them to let me invest I can just leave it there and do the same for the 2015/16 allowance.

That might be better than opening a small cash ISA.

Or I could just stop worrying about it.

That's the spirit - everything could be different by the time to need to make that £240 addition in March next year :)

I'll probably just put it towards a new laptop or a Nexus6 when it comes out later this year

    It's a good enough excuse :)

I enjoy investing - but it just can't compare to several joyful hours spent playing with a new toy :D
