Please help! I have no idea what to write!

Hi lovelies,

I've decided to persue getting some PPI back, what have I got to lose eh?

Just got off the phone to Natwest and turns out my two loans that were taken out in 2003 (and subsequently been paid off) both had PPI, so I've got the loan numbers and been e-mailed a questionnaire through to fill out and return but I am totally stumped ..... I have no idea what to write in the 'about your complaint' section!

I'll be honest, I didn't even know that I had the PPI so I'm hardly complaining ... more chancing my luck I think to see if I can get some of my pennies back!

Can any of you guys please shed some light? I'm now debt free and it would be flipping lovely to have a little bit back from the bank for the savings pot!! :beer:
