 Perhaps you would read my post properly? I said there were different reasons for people taking their *children* to a viewing but that none of those reasons excused bad behaviour. There is very little wrong with having a well behaved child in the house as it would also be fair to say that no-one wants a "little horror" on the rampage.
 You can see from other genuine responses that they have genuine and valid reasons for taking their children. If you are selling a family home, you have to expect that families will view.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

 Business people will know this already. When you sell your house what you are getting is a glimpse of what the average business has to deal with on a daily basis.
 I know this is starting to sound old, but basic manners and decency left our society two decades ago. I am disgusted daily by people's lack of even basic manners to a point where I now expect it and am pleasantly surprised to find polite customers.0

 Occasionally I can be a bit thoughtless when viewing and start inspecting the fabric of anything I may be purchasing too closely but my wife gives me a gentil tug to remind me of my manners. I don't mean any disrespect by it but I shall be more aware of it in future. Thank you to the OP for this thread.

 I wouldn't worry to much about what this particular person has to say, he lives in a 1 bed flat so I'm guessing he doesn't have any kids and would certainly not have a family viewing anyway!! This Troll seems to float around the boards making the odd inflamatory comment here or there and advising people to follow financial strategies that he wouldn't be caught dead doing. The sooner we're rid of him the better.
 I would always take my kids with me if I was looking for a new house. It's going to be their home too and they can add to your impression of the house if they like or dislike it. As far as being monsters or rampaging around, well this wouldn't happen with my kids (or any other kids I know to be honest) but if I was showing my house and they did, then I would politely ask their parents to control them and if they didn't I'd politely ask them to leave!!Mortgage Free in 3 Years (Apr 2007 / Currently / Δ Difference)
