Any ideas on Sirrus Opac TS1503 Shower not hot enough

Hi, and thanks for looking.
I have a shower as pictured, anyone know how to get the water hotter. I have taken the front off and turned the little knob as it says in the instructions as far as I can and it did get a bit hotter. If i turn it any further, it does make the water hotter, but then when i put the cover back on the dial, the white dial turned to the off position still has the water coming out of the shower, doesn't shut off the shower properly.
any ideas please.
