Does anyone know what there fees are for selling? They wont tell me on the phone and a valuer needs to come out

    Does that give you an idea of how pushy they'll be with buyers?

    They don't sound very nice at all.

    phoned a few estate agents they all want to come value and then discuss fees, no-one giving out info on phone

    The fees will be whatever you negotiate and agree.

    They're in a service business. If they all tell you their fees, and you pick the cheapest without making even a cursory effort to find out which is best for you ....

    Also, they want to see what they'll be expected to sell, and who their customer will be before they agree to take on your property.
