Should I accept ppi offer

Hi all I'm new here, lookn for advice, I have had an offer from the RBS in relation to ppi, they say i wasn't missold ppi but I was sold a single premium so they are paying out on that although I am considering in refusing the offer but lookn for advice if I write back and say I won't accept the offer will they get back and say take it or leave it, or will they make me go to the ombudsman x any advice would be greatly appreciated

If you remain unhappy then the Ombudsman is your next option.0 -
Redress is a defined method. You don't haggle about the amount unless you can prove you paid more.Non me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

They can only pay you what you are due. If its a full refund with interest then thats it.0

Hi guys ty for your advice, but I was in a trust deed and now after ready these post doubt I will get anything back. I claimed for a rbs credit card got 224.OO back was sent an offer of 2227.00 for my rbs loans trust deed discharged in 2010 but although they have asked me to send a confirmation by way of passport to prove my change of name as I have married since then thus changed name since loan asking for it to be sent to the payment department, but after reading the forum regarding ppi with the rbs and trust deed I doubt I will get the money back, but just confused that I got the money from the rbs credit card why not redress that amount too..... But hey ho I suppose I owd them it anyway... But lookn for your advice as to why I might have gotten the credit card money Thanks0
