Thank you all - I really am getting into a tizz over this. I've barely slept for three days.

    The frightners are certainly working.

Can someone tell me how to track this topic so I can find it again tomorrow, I've no idea how to find my way around this site, I've had this page up all day and just keep refreshing it.

    Foolish I know.

Dont get in a tizz and lose sleep the stress really really isnt worth it. This is exactly what they are trying to do to you to get you just back off and drop the whole thing. When they realise its having no effect you will probably receive an offer of settlement so stand your ground. There really is nothing to worry about in this letter.

To find this thread again I find to add this page to your favourites/bookmarks is probably the easiest way, or click on search/Advanced Search and search for your own username choosing the Reclaim Bank Charges forum from the list given in the box.

    Thank you

I posted my reply yesterday, it was very matter of fact and I enclosed copies of all correspondence with the bank over the last few months and pretty much stated "you should find all you need here, i am surprised your client has not passed you this information already".

    Here goes!!

Thanks for all of your help so far - I'll keep you posted.
