Replacing Shower

I'm moving into my first home and would like to have the existing over-bath shower (http://imgur.com/6Okt4qB) replaced with something more like this:
http://www.bathempire.com/thermostatic-mixer-shower-kit-400mm-square-head-hand-held--and--body-jets--rigi-premium_p24121973.htm
Can anyone give me an idea of how much it would cost to get someone in to do this? Also would they be able to work around the tiles that are there or would I need to factor in re-tiling?
Any help greatly appreciated as always!

If its just the style of shower you're unhappy with then forget it, the making good of the tiles and grout will make it look far worse when you've finished with it. Unless you're retiling the bathroom too.
Also, if the hot water is sourced from a combi boiler, it might not have the capacity for such a large outlet as those large waterfall heads. And a cylinder/gravity system will certainly need a booster pump.Could HAVE. Should HAVE. Would HAVE. Not OF.0 -
Thanks!
What I want is a shower that has body jets so that you don't have to get your hair wet all the time. I wasn't planning on retiling the bathroom, but if I did have to, would it be massively expensive?
I'd like a really powerful shower - what would I need to do to get this?Mortgage received 21/12/2018
