Personal Protection Insurance

I had a credit card with Natwest back in 2009. I was then contacted by a company called Stonebridge. They sold me insurance on my credit card that would cover me for any accidents but also they said it would cover me if I lost my job.
I forgot all about this but recently found the paperwork again so I sent off a PPI claim form. However Stonebridge have sent me a letter saying they did not misell me PPI but sold me "personal protection insurance".
Can I still claim for this??
Thanks
Katie

You can complain about any insurance, but in order for it to be refunded it has to have been mis-sold to you. On what basis would you complain? However Stonebridge have sent me a letter saying they did not misell me PPI but sold me "personal protection insurance".
