Personal Protection Insurance

I had a credit card with Natwest back in 2009. I was then contacted by a company called Stonebridge. They sold me insurance on my credit card that would cover me for any accidents but also they said it would cover me if I lost my job.
I forgot all about this but recently found the paperwork again so I sent off a PPI claim form. However Stonebridge have sent me a letter saying they did not misell me PPI but sold me "personal protection insurance".
Can I still claim for this??

    You mean can you still put in a complaint about it.... Yes you can if you have reasons for complaint.

    You can complain about any insurance, but in order for it to be refunded it has to have been mis-sold to you. On what basis would you complain?
