Finally after months of seeing potential houses we like come on the market only to be sold we are now in a position to view a few ourselves.
Offer accepted on our home and a Nationwide Mortgage agreed in principal in place today. Hopefully we can find something nice so we can buy and just port our Nationwide mortgage across.
Fingers crossed and here's hoping for a stress free sale and search (doubtful)
