Family package holiday with some sport, like Mark Warner and Sunsail

Hi all,
I wonder if you can help.
We have been on Mark Warner and Sunsail holidays in the past, and have found that there is a nice mix of sports to try out, sailing, tennis etc in a nice family resort with childcare to give us a couple of hours break in the day.
The downside of such a resort is they tend to be in the middle of no where.
I wondered if a package tour exists that is similar to the experience of activities and board and child care, but is also in a nice are that we could stroll to, or just a small bus ride into a nice town etc.
Does anyone know if such a place exists?

Have a look at Neilson. The Sivota resort was very good two summers ago. Short downhill walk to town, boat back to save your legs! Excellent mix of water sports, tennis, cycling, yoga, keep fit etc.0
