    Even if it's not yourself, anyone one of the other addresses he was using at could have trouble if they too were in reciept of CTB etc and not declaring he was living there. To be honest from an outsider looking in it certainly seems 'dodgy'. He is applying for credit. recieving bills and paying into a joint bank account and registered with his doctor at your address. his employers have his mothers address, car insurance etc at his aunts.
    You also say the only reason he registered at your doctors was because they held late surgeries, is he employed? Because again if he is earning it could have implications on the other households he is linked too.
