mse - SKY RIP OFF

Martin, I have signed upto the half price sky deal you promoted - I have just been landed with a £103 bill for 2 weeks after being put on the wrong package and extortionate per minuite call charges and a connection fee before you even begin your call, I had no called display or 147 feature. Sky heldesk have been disgusting. Sky promise their *great switch over team* would deal with everything and I have now found out they did not cancel my orange account and I have now been left paying for 2 providers. Sky are refusing to accept responsibility despite advertising how they manage everything and you need do nothing. I am really disgusted with the whole thing

And why would Sky cancel your Orange account?
Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.

OP needs to take up these issues with Sky. I'm certain they don't promise to cancel other provider's services though..
