    Morning All :hello:

Wishing I had stopped in bed this morning!!
Got to work and parked my car up, 30 minutes later I am told it has decided to roll out of the space and in to the trailer of a lorry waiting to load  it hasn't really damaged the lorry, just bent a bit of metal a little so hoping no come back - but who knows :(

My car however, now needs a new handbrake cable, as think it may have snapped, and also a new bumper as it has cracked all one side

Luckily my OH can sort all of this at a minimum cost but still money I would rather not of had to spend.

Sorry for the rant there, I know there are people having worse days than me but just very annoying.

Tea tonight is already made thankfully, plated up roast dinner from yesterday. Fingers crossed the rest of my day/week goes smoothly.

    Happy Monday
Christmas is the most magical time of the year :santa2:

Lonewhitewolf many thanks for posting the dog treats recipe; I've saved it onto my recipes flash drive. Now and then I get a guest who is allowed "extras", and I think it'd be nice to make some treats for them myself.:o

Jessie was collected this morning - I've since vacuumed up three cylinders full of dog hair! She'll be back on March 13th, for another weekend with me.:T

    Afternoon all
    Chilly & bright here today.
Busy at work all day so it went fast. I'm cooking belly pork for hubby with mash & veg, I'll have cheesy mash & veg.
I really should do some housework as I got little done with DGD here for the weekend, but I'm really tired, so I probably won't bother, lol.
    Have a good evening everyone.
    Hugs Hester

    Hi all,

Back to work today, am really hating it bloomin internal politics driving me insane.......

Pasta bake for OH and kids, I don,t like pasta, so just had a bowl of cereal.

Have booked a trip to Krakow for OH,s 50th birthday, its a surprise for him, so fingers crossed it stays that way, we travel on his Birthday - can,t wait to see his face, he,s a massive WW2 history buff.

Really frustrated as we went to the jewellers that are making my engagement ring on Sat, the stone has arrived after being cut and polished and its stunning, that took 8 weeks to do, now they are saying approx another 8 weeks to complete the ring - I know its a skilled craft, but 16 weeks.... Nuts.......

Hey ho - love n hugs to all, heard today that they are predicting a heatwave in April - fingers crossed, it might dry out some of these areas that have suffered so badly x

Had rain on and off all day and it is chilly.
Hands have been numb all day it is like I have bricks at the end of my arms :( I need to phone the hospital next week to try to get an appointment for physio and chase her up about the referral that hasn't materialised
So I have just told DH to get a Chinese takeaway, not OS but s*d it, we don't do it often.

Now for some good news DD got the job at the zoo and is over the moon :j
The trouble is getting there and back and DH said if she expects him to ferry her up there she can pay £20 a month for diesel.

DH finally got the column switch to work, he went up to the breakers and got a new motor for it and it works perfectly now :D So £15 well spent that is for the switch from flea bay and the motor from the breakers :T Just two new tyres to be fitted which the garage is going to do before the MOT.

Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones that let in the light
