This is their answer when you use their FAQ search

"Some All Inclusive properties offer what they class as a “Bronze” package. Precisely what is included can vary greatly from property to property, so always check property description online.

The All Inclusive Bronze package normally includes three meals each day with a selection of locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. A selection of snacks is also usually available at certain times of the day. Sometimes, the availability of “free” drinks might have some time restrictions, so you might, for example, have to pay for alcoholic drinks after 10.30pm. The property description will indicate if this is the case"

Years of dedicated research has proven to me that locally produced drinks have a similar effect to 'branded ones'
The half full glass in my hand at present is serving to back up this theory.

All Inclusive Bronze seems to be something that is mainly advertised in Spain from what I've known, and basically is three meals a day plus soft drinks, beer and wine. It doesn't usually include snacks or any spirit style drinks but as they say it can vary from hotel to hotel. Which hotel is it your looking at? Do they have any info on their own website?

All Inclusive in the loosest term is three meals a day plus drinks included and can vary massively from place to place. Some include several drinks options (beer, wine and spirits), others just beer and wine. Some include snacks or ice cream etc, some don't. Your best bet is to check on trip advisor to see what past guests are saying about the all inclusive or to ask the travel agent to get you a more detailed breakdown of what is and isn't included. Most of the time you really do get what you pay for with all inclusive so if it looks too good to be true, it probably is!

I've always thought A.I. to be all meal/snacks/drrinks and locally produced alcohol.
We've been to spain/turkey/tunisia/domican and never had problems as long as you don't mind roughing it depending on your poison.
If you want to stay up late there is usually a disco where you get "branded" drinks which you pay for - fair enough and still cheaper than at home.

Be careful booking with Sunmasters as they advertise their holidays less than the actual holiday cost then they will call you back after to say the flight has gone up. Another tin pot company! Holiday Gems are the same.
None of the prices advertised are available, it's to draw you in then hope you will go with the new higher cost than start searching all over again.
