PPC's don't usually cave so easily but your PPC obviously knew they were beat and would only lose at the next stage anyway.0 -
Another one bites the dust. There seems to be a slowly growing realisation among some PPCs that there is a time to cut losses. Not that many, but a small step in the direction we are looking for.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
