First Time Seller - Advice Please

We've decided to sell my first flat and me and the OH are moving in together in her house.
I had 3 local estate agents come and view the property, ask the usual questions, and all gave a similar valuation, varying only by £10k
The flat is located in West London and the agent I went with said they'd put it on around £360,000.
Now I know that nobody offers the asking price, and I won't be expecting anyone too, but if YOU were looking at the property, and you liked it enough to make an offer on, what do you think YOUR offer would be?
Essentially, I just want to know what I could expect to get from the flat, in your opinion.
Thanks

In London now, £380,0000

Answering that question is what your EA is for! I know nothing about the London market except what I read on here, but that seems to show that "nobody offers the asking price" is not true in most of that superheated market now, except when people are offering over the asking price. You are a lucky man, gaining a partner with her own house and being able to sell your flat as well.0

Surely not? Yes there are only a handful of flats my size in the area, but offering over?harrys_dad wrote: »Answering that question is what your EA is for! His comment was tongue in cheek, there's absolutely nothing anyone can say here to help you understand how much your property may sell for without the address of the property and research into the local area... and even then, it would still be a guess.
London is a pretty crazy place for property at the moment, if you're in a very good area it's very possible you may achieve over the asking price because there are often stories on this forum from London property owners having 20 viewers turn up in a day when they are trying to buy or sell and the property is sold for £100k over the asking price.
You just have to wait and see, expect the worst and hope for the best

Oh, lol
Never sold a property before so wasn't sure what to expect, and I know the market in London is crazy.
