    Why did he leave early?

Was the contract terminated or did he resign or just not turn up.

What was the issue with the new contract

How long had he worked there.

He left early as they were horrible people and talked to them like rubbish. My husband was 1 out of 8 people that walked out in the 7 months that he was there. They even phoned me as they didn't believe he was sick and said if they find out he isn't sick he wouldn't have a job to come back to. Which I think is disgusting. I have not idea why they have changed names but it is still the same people and boss working there.

Any acrued unused holiday pay due?

if it was ltd. did it really change company or just a trading name.

    Why did they change?

He wasn't entitled to holiday pay as he wasn't there long enough. He don't mind paying what he owes it the point that they want him to make it payable to a company he never worked for. He has never received a letter in writing either to state what he owes etc only a text.

Unless he was self-employed, he was probably entitled to some holiday pay by law, and probably more than the 2 days that the employer claims he was overpaid for...

In fact, if that's the case you can work out what he should have been entitled to, deduct the 2 days, and then ask for the remainder to be paid.
