Anyone been asked to package an item listed as collection only?

Precisely - this item was marked as Collection in person (not courier). I think I will just cancel the whole transaction and get it taken to a charity shop - I'm fed up with people calling me "mate" and "love"! I'm a retired female who cant be fussed to mess about with people who expect the earth for £10!!!
