Entries can be made online via Facebook or by completing the form in store. Only entry forms that have been completed in full will be entered into the prize draw. Joules Limited (“Joules”) will not accept entry forms where postage has not been paid in full. Joules shall not be liable for postage costs.
Entrants must be residents of the UK aged 18 or over.
Only one entry per person is allowable except where extra entries can be earned as a reward for promoting the competition to friends as detailed at https://www.joules.com/winaholiday
This prize draw is not open to employees or contractors of Joules, any person directly or indirectly involved with Joules or the running of the competition, or their direct family members.
The final closing date for entries is Saturday May 3rd at 23.59. No entries will be accepted after this time.
The prize draw will take place on Friday 1st November. Winners will be contacted in writing, at the address that they specified on their entry form, by 26th May.
Only the winners will be contacted personally.
Joules does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
The prize entitles the winner to a family ticket for two adults and up to four children to a week’s stay in Norfolk. Prize must be booked by Monday 2nd March 2015 and is subject to availability from The Blakeney Cottage Company. Prizes are non-transferable or exchangeable or not for resale. No cash alternative is available. The £500 Joules voucher will be sent to the winner’s home address immediately to be spent in store.
The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred. There will be no cash alternative. Once prizes have been allocated they cannot be transferred. Joules reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
Prizes unclaimed after twenty eight (28) days following notification by Joules will be deemed to have been forfeited and Joules reserves the right to offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn at random. Joules may repeat this process until such time as the prizes are claimed within the period specified by Joules.
Joules reserves the right to cancel or change this prize draw at any stage, if deemed necessary in the reasonable opinion of Joules.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to have agreed to be bound by them when entering this competition.
The winners may be required to participate in publicity.
